AUTO ULTRASONIC WAVE BOTTLE WASHER
*2 stages: ultrasonic wave washing and fine washing; coarse washing by ultrasonic wave. The two stages are separated, no pollution.

*Complete 100 Class laminar flow purification system; air flow inlet and cooling section are both under 100 Class laminar flow, outer air can not get into the equipment, to ensure the equipment is working under 100 Class.
*Hot air is circulated inside to achieve a sterile environment. The max. temperature reaches 350 ℃.
*Adopt touch screen and PLC to control whole process.
*Parameters of each section is displayed, automatic record printing, failure alarm and display, etc
*Adopt chain wheel to drive the conveyor, to avoid deviation of conveyor after running some time

AUTO FILLING AND RUBBERING MACHINE

This conveyer line is made of the high-quality stainless steel, the material of conveyer chain board is the poly formaldehyde or PVC green annular belt, arc transition among the conveyer belt adopt the PTFE surround the sides, reduce the friction among the bottle wall and bottle bottom and apparatus.
