1.2             Introduction

　AUTOMATIC VERTICAL BOTTLE WASHER is a new bottle washing equipment. It adopts “untouched bottle washing” method which is popular in the world now, uses water force generated by ultrasonic wave to shock down fragments inside/outside surface of bottles, called coarse washing. After that, the bottles enters fine washing section, inside and outside of the bottle are intensely rinsed by water/air 3 times and blowing . The water/air loop is isolated, in order to avoid cross pollution. After coarse/fine washing, bottles are transferred to next procedure.

1. The inside of machine is easy to clean and maintain.

2. Safety device: overload protection device is available.

3.The conveyor can feed/output bottles automatically, also there is bottle-turning system, which is low bottle breakage.

4. Bottle feeding belt runs steady, no falling. All joint and connection are smooth for bottle passing.

5.Variable speed regulation by inverter, displayed in touch screen

6.in case that wrong bottles enter working conveyor and can not pass, the machine stops automatically and alarms.

7. Coarse washing flume and fine washing flume are isolated.

8. Drive unit and washing area are strictly isolated. There is no lubricant leakage in transfer structure.

1.4             Wash process:

1.Ultrasonic wash (30℃-60℃ water)

2.wash cartridge inside and outside by cycling water (60℃-70℃，pressure :0.15-0.3Mpa)

3.Spray nozzle fill water in to bottle to wash

4.Clean compressed air to dry the bottle (0.2μm filter ,0.3~0.5MPa)

5.Injectable water to wash the bottle inside (0.2μm filter, 60℃-70℃，pressure :0.15-0.3Mpa)

6.Clean compressed air to dry the bottle

7.Clean compressed air to dry the bottle again.

2.2             Introduction

GMS series hot air circulating tunnel sterilization oven using electric heating as the heat energy, the energy generated by the electric heating elements, the use of hot air circulating fan oven heating section of Class 100 clean air inside the bottle of convective heat exchange cycle, the required sterilization of the bottle the heat transfer, and continuous supply of fresh air, while eliminating air or saturated humid chamber heat, so as to achieve drying of the items are sterilized bottles.

The machine consists of stainless steel mesh belt conveyor bottle items are in the process of belt conveyor; the bottles pass the one hundred laminar flow air heat and circulation, so as to achieve sterilization drying effect. Low temperature inside the bottle after warming up to cooling high heat sterilization, sterilized bottle to complete the whole process. Among them, the heat sterilization section of the air, when the high temperature hot air through the fan filter purified by high wind form a cycle, so purification of the bottle in the purification of one hundred hot air circulation under wind pressure of rapid and uniform drying and sterilization, it must block the entry of outside air, water content of the hot and humid air through the exhaust port from the plane. Among them, the heating section of the air in the oven is heating cycle. Oven built-in temperature measurement points, the required sub-set temperature and automatically adjust the control.
